Shipping policy

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days. During high-volume periods or for out of stock orders, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer shipping through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We use whichever is most cost efficient to us to where it is going. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • 2 Day shipping - 2 business days
  • Next day air - 1 business day

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. For any expedited orders a street address must be given in order to ship (cannot ship expedited, 2nd day or next day to a PO Box).

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
